#
Objective Calculation And Reporting Of Line Losses
The system is able to read meter values
simultaneously at 00:00hr. If user installed 3-phase master meters,
the system will be able to calculate the line losses after each
transformation objectively and conveniently.
# Analysis And Report Of Phase Balance
The working principle and technique of this
function is similar to the one above. With the installation of a
master meter on each phase, this function can be implemented easily
and conveniently.
# Analysis And Reporting Of Abnormal Power
Consumption
The abnormal power consumption is defined as
the difference of power usage from historical value. This function
will require the user to set an upper and lower limit value.
# Checking And Report Of Phase Failure
Power voltage checking circuitry is designed
in the DC. The DC will automatically identify the phase, the time of
occurrence and duration once any one of the phases is broken. If
user should require it, the DC can report the incident to the host
station in time (only when the hosts station modem is idle). Archnet
sets this rule: if the DC is not able to report the incident
successfully to the host station in time, it will not attempt again,
but it will wait for the host station to request for it.
# Analysis And Report Of Equipments Failure
The DC will automatically and instantly
record any failure conditions based on the communication and power
usage circumstances. For example, if a particular RU / DCT
experience consecutive (1 day or 3 days, user defined) communication
failures, the DC will identify it as failure, include it into its
failure list, and report it to the host station or waiting for the
request from the host station.
# Report of Power Failure Occurrence And
Duration.
This function must be implemented by the DC.
# System Self-Inspection And Report
The DC will conduct self-inspection and
inspection on communication and power consumption conditions
mentioned above at 23:00 hour everyday. The inspection results are
stored in the DC.
# Demand Side Analytical Report
The report is based on the above results and
the half-an-hour data collected from appointed meters.
# All types of reports can be customized
based on user's preferences by tables, curves and graph formats. All
reports will be produced at the host station according to the format
requested by the users. |
